Microscope Slide Cover Glass

These glass microscope slide cover slips are 22 mm square and 0.13 mm – 0.17 mm thick. 100 covers.

Cover slips are very thin. They are used to cover the object on the slide and help to stop it drying out.

The cover slip is often glued to the microscope slide, in order to seal off the specimen from contamination and decay.
